What are friggin' lip balms made of?
Every tube is made with 100% natural ingredients: coconut oil, grapeseed oil, shea butter, aloe butter, soy butter, beeswax, natural flavoring, and vitamin E. That's it. No petroleum, no parabens, no synthetic fillers.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals. Our lip balms are made for human lips only.
Where are friggin' lip balms made?
Every batch is handcrafted in Sechelt, British Columbia, Canada. We're a small-batch, woman-owned Canadian brand.
What flavors do you have?
We have six year-round flavors: Natural, Mint, Cherry, Vanilla, Lemonade, and Chai. We also release seasonal flavors in limited runs — like Chocolate, Cinnamon, Maple, Peach, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Mint, and Gingerbread. Seasonal flavors are only available while supplies last.
What's a Pucker Up Pack?
Our Pucker Up Packs are bundles where you choose your own flavors. The Daily (3-pack) is $18, the Serious (5-pack) is $28, and the Never Say "Where's My Friggin' Lip Balm" Pack (8-pack) is $40 with free shipping. Mix and match from year-round and seasonal flavors.
I have an allergy — can I still use your products?
Our balms contain coconut oil, soy, and beeswax. If you have a known allergy to any of our listed ingredients, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page or reaching out to us directly before purchasing.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our lip balm tubes are made of recyclable plastic. We're always looking for ways to reduce our footprint while keeping the product quality you love.
Are seasonal flavors coming back?
Some do, some don't — that's the fun of it. Seasonal flavors are produced in limited batches and may change from season to season. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when new drops land.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Our 8-pack Pucker Up Pack ships free across Canada. For all other orders, flat-rate shipping applies.
