Shipping Policy
We want your friggin' lip balm to get to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here's how shipping works:
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. We're a small Canadian brand and we want to keep things manageable (and affordable) as we grow. International shipping may be available in the future.
Free Shipping
Orders of the Never Say "Where's My Friggin' Lip Balm" Pack (8-pack, $40.00) include free standard shipping across Canada. All other orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During seasonal launches, high-demand periods, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll always keep you updated via email if there's a delay.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@frigginlipbalm.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
Order Changes
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@frigginlipbalm.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's out the door, we can't make adjustments.
