Shipping Policy

We want your friggin' lip balm to get to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here's how shipping works:

Where We Ship

We ship within Canada and to select international destinations. The destinations and shipping options currently available for your address will be shown at checkout.

Free Shipping

A free standard shipping option is available for Canadian orders of $40 CAD or more. Standard shipping below this threshold is $12 CAD. Available express and carrier options, eligibility and final rates are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During seasonal launches, high-demand periods, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

International Duties and Fees

International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees charged by carriers or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at frigginlipbalm@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
