We stand behind every tube of friggin' lip balm. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.

Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@frigginlipbalm.com. We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.

What We Can't Accept

Because lip balm is a personal care product that comes into direct contact with skin, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for resale. This is a health and safety standard, not a loophole. If your product arrived damaged, defective, or is otherwise not what you expected, reach out and we'll take care of it.

How Refunds Work

Once your return or issue is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us about a return for the original.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for an unopened product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
